Class Description: Balance and Restore with Yoga (six-week series)
In this upcoming six-week series, practice a unique combination of 30-minute mat practice and 30-minute restorative practice that will help start your morning with balance and ease. In the first half, you will practice yoga postures that support strength and balance. In the slower-paced restorative practice, you will use props to support conscious relaxation. Each session will integrate pranayama (breathing practices) and guided meditation to help elicit the relaxation response and ease you into the rest of your day.
Time: Mondays 8-9 AM EST
Location: Class is taught online through Zoom (Once you register, you will receive a Zoom link)

What you will need: chair, yoga mat, two yoga blocks, yoga bolster / or body pillow, blanket, strap/belt, computer or tablet with a high-speed internet connection
