Class Description: Yoga for stronger bones (six-week series)
This six-week virtual stronger bones class will focus on supporting bone health. We will practice yoga postures actively to help support compression forces in the muscles to help build bone. The practice will integrate breath awareness and mindful movement to support strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Each session will end with mindful breathing practices and guided meditation to induce a relaxation response and ease.
Time: Mondays 8-9 AM EST
Location: Class is taught online through Zoom (Once you register, you will receive a Zoom link)
Cost: $185
Start date: February 13th
End date: March 20th
What you will need: chair, yoga mat, two yoga blocks, blanket, strap/belt, computer or tablet with a high-speed internet connection
